Mentoring Philosophy

For artists, designers, and independent brands

Mentoring is a conversation, a process of uncovering what already exists within you. It begins with questions: What are you creating, and why? What moves your practice forward, and what holds it still?

I work with artists, designers, and brand founders who seek clarity, direction, and a deeper sense of creative identity. Whether you are developing a new brand, defining your visual identity, or creating a new body of work or collection, mentoring offers a space to think, articulate, and rebuild with purpose.

As an artist, PhD candidate, and creative director since 2015, my approach merges practice with reflection. I draw from years of experience that connect artistic research with brand development, from studio-based creation to shaping visual languages through concept, design, art direction, and collaboration.

Through personalised 1:1 or group sessions, we work to:

  • Define or refine your creative identity

  • Develop collections, portfolios, or project concepts

  • Build a brand or artistic practice that reflects your values

  • Translate passion into clear visual and conceptual direction

  • Align creative goals with brand development methods

Mentoring is available online or in person in Tallinn.
