Refund policy
RETURNS
The return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the order number must be included with the returned item.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received, the item will be inspected. If everything is in acceptable condition, the refund will be processed and a credit applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days. If anything is missing or not in acceptable condition, an email notification will be sent.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If the refund has not appeared, please contact your bank, as processing delays may occur. If the refund is still not visible after that, please contact support@somajewellery.com.
SHIPPING
To return an order, send the parcel to Tallinn Kärberi parcel lockers via DPD, Smartpost, or Omniva. Please list Sofia Hallik (Onloov OÜ) +372 5331 4059 as the recipient. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable.
